I'm Molly Finch, a Psychotherapist, certified Holistic Counsellor, Meditation Teacher and Therapist.
I founded Mind Habitat out of frustration with a healthcare system that, instead of empowering people, often strips away their innate power and lets them down.
At Mind Habitat, my goal is to create a safe space where we address the root cause of issues, empowering you to discover what's truly possible in your life.
I take a mind-body approach to healing and growth, guiding you to reconnect with peace, joy, excitement, and your personal power - experiences you
truly deserve.

I use a person-centered approach that combines psychotherapy, somatic practices & other evidence based techniques including Psychodynamic, CBT, & ACT to address your unique mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Sessions are in Perth & online, available worldwide for adults AND teenagers (15+).
Meditation as Therapy
Meditation in therapy harnesses the power of mindfulness, safety and connection, helping you to heal from the inside out. If need be, sessions can be less focused on talking, and more on reconnecting with your body and healing your mind through the power of presence, connection, and reflection.

Having experienced terrible anxiety for YEARS, I know how debilitating, frustrating and exhausting it can be. I am so grateful that I was able to find a way to heal naturally, which is why it has become my mission to help others do the same. Due to its person centered approach, Holistic Counselling is incredibly beneficial, not only for healing anxiety, but in empowering you as an individual to live your best life.
