Hello Friend,
I’m Molly Finch, a certified Holistic Counsellor, Meditation Therapist, and Psychotherapist based in Fremantle.
I specialise in working with deep thinkers and sensitive nervous systems, offering support for anxiety, trauma, and those who often feel like a 'black sheep'. I also have a strong focus on men’s wellbeing, offering a steady and supportive space where men can explore their inner worlds. My work is grounded in somatic and mind–body therapy with adults and teenagers (15+), supporting a deeper connection with their body, emotions, and inner wisdom.
ā
I founded Mind Habitat to offer a soft, grounded space where sensitive, thoughtful minds can feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy — blending psychotherapy with holistic, mind-body techniques to help you heal trauma, move forward, and cultivate more joy, presence, and confidence in your life.
My Approach

Men's Therapy
Some men move through the world with more awareness, sensitivity and curiosity—about themselves, their relationships, and the deeper layers of life.
If you’re someone who feels things intensely, asks big questions, or senses there’s more to life than what you've been sold, you deserve a space that truly honours that depth.
ā
I offer men’s therapy that supports men who want to understand themselves more fully—emotionally, mentally and somatically. Through a trauma-informed, somatic and psychotherapeutic approach, I help men explore their inner world, communicate with greater clarity, break old patterns, and feel more grounded, capable and connected in their lives and relationships.
WHAT DOES PERSONAL POWER LOOK LIKE?

A WELL OF INNER PEACE
The more you understand yourself, the more love and clarity you obtain which creates more comfort and calm within you. This is true inner peace.

FREEDOM & LIBERATION
More choice becomes available to you when you expand your awareness, allowing you to feel more in control, instead of feeling like life controls you.

LOADS MORE CONFIDENCE
With more empowering thought processes, you naturally develop more trust, self belief and self worth, all of which result in more courage and confidence.

MORE MEANING & PASSION FOR LIFE
When you become aware of past barriers you are able to shift them, leading to more alignment with your authentic self. This ignites more passion & enthusiasm for the things that truly matter to you.

INCREASED ENERGY
As you understand yourself more, you invest less energy trying to make sense of things which frees up energy for what really matters.
ā

DEEPER CONNECTION
As you develop a deeper understanding of yourself you are able to connect with others and life on a much deeper level. This creates more love & meaning.
Are You a Highly Sensitive Soul?

You feel things deeply — emotions, environments, other people’s moods — often more intensely than those around you seem to.
You’ve learned to go inward, not because you wanted to disconnect, but because the world hasn’t always felt safe or understanding of your depth.
ā
You may have felt unseen or misunderstood for much of your life, as though your way of being doesn’t quite fit the pace, noise, or expectations of the world around you. You notice subtleties others miss, think deeply, reflect often — and yet this inner richness can feel lonely when it isn’t met or recognised.
ā
You might withdraw to recharge, to make sense of your experiences, or to protect your nervous system from overwhelm. At times, this inwardness feels like a refuge; but other times, it can feel very isolating. You may wonder if something is “wrong” with you, when really, you’ve just learned to survive in a world that isn’t designed for sensitivity.
ā
If this resonates, there isn't something wrong with you — you’re responding intelligently to your environment and it makes sense in the context of your experiences. With the right support, your sensitivity can become a source of strength, self-trust, and deeper connection to life.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
LUKE
I did not know there were other options available other than seeing a clinical psychologist. I would have sought help sooner if I had known someone like Molly was out there.
OLIVIA
I have never felt so empowered in my life until doing my sessions with Molly. I feel heard and there is never any judgement. I hardly recognise myself after these past couple of months (In a good way!) I feel so much more content and happy within myself.
ELAINE
There are people who touch our lives at certain points on life’s journey and we are forever grateful to having met them, Molly is that person for me. ā In relatively few sessions, Molly’s approach and positive guidance kept me focused. She has a way of helping cut through the clutter. Molly has continued to support me whenever I need it and comes with my highest recommendation but above all my honest and heartfelt gratitude.
EM
Having these sessions with Molly has changed me for the better, my friends and family have noticed and make it known to me a lot of the time. Most importantly I feel a lot better within myself than I did before I’d been introduced to any of this. My mindset has improved dramatically to be a lot more positive and open minded about situations. I’ve learnt so many new and helpful skills and I’ve gained the motivation and confidence to begin helping myself more. This journey has been life changing. Thank you Molly, for helping me so much :)
LAURA
My time with Molly has been invaluable. Having spent some time in traditional therapy previously, I had some knowledge of my beliefs and what was holding me back but lacked the tools I needed to move forward. With Molly I was able to instill new positive habits and become more aware of my daily stressors, and how to move through and reframe them. From the other side of the world, Molly has helped inspire me to take the steps necessary to open my own business and had given me the tools to ensure my own personal success. For that I am eternally grateful. Set up a session, it could change everything.
