I'm Molly Finch, a certified Holistic Counsellor, Meditation Teacher and Therapist, with a Masters in Psychotherapy.
I founded Mind Habitat in 2018 out of frustration with a healthcare system that often treats people like numbers, making it difficult for them to access preventative care. Rather than empowering individuals, it frequently strips away their innate power, keeping them disconnected from the root causes of their struggles.
I wanted to create a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and supported to reclaim your well-being and discover what's truly possible in your life.
I take a mind-body approach to healing and growth, walking alongside you as you rediscover peace, joy, excitement, and your personal power - things you
truly deserve.
My Approach
I work with a psychotherapeutic approach that combines person-centered therapy, somatic practices, & other evidence based techniques including psychodynamic, existential, ACT, and CBT to address your unique mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Sessions are available in Fremantle (Perth) & Online (worldwide) for adults and teenagers (15+).


Meditation as Therapy
Meditation harnesses the power of mindfulness, safety and connection, helping you to heal from the inside out. If need be, sessions can be less focused on talking, and more on reconnecting with your body and healing your mind through the power of presence, connection, and reflection.

Having struggled with intense anxiety for years, I understand just how debilitating, frustrating, and exhausting it can be. Looking back, I’m deeply grateful that I trusted my intuition and took the first step on my healing journey—transforming unhealthy patterns and reclaiming my life. Ever since, I’ve been passionate about helping others do the same, showing them that healing is possible and that they have the power within themselves.
Holistic counselling & psychotherapy, with its person-centered approach, is incredibly effective—not just for overcoming anxiety but for empowering you to create a fulfilling and balanced life.
