MOLLY FINCH

My philosophy as a therapist is centred on deeply honouring the unique human in front of me. Rather than focusing on labels or diagnoses —I like to meet people where they are, with curiosity, compassion, and the belief that what they’re going through does not define who they are.

Having spent more than a decade working through my own lived experiences, including anxiety, panic attacks, addiction, what some might label as ADHD, and an eating disorder—I’ve come to see the immense power we each hold inside; the power to heal and to evolve. Supported by years of self-exploration, meditation, and the presence of compassionate therapists and loved ones, I discovered that healing is not about fixing ourselves, but about reconnecting with who we really are.

I feel especially drawn to working with deep thinkers, sensitive souls, and the so-called “black sheep”—those who often feel like outsiders, yet carry profound insight and depth. Whether I’m supporting adults or teens, I aim to create a therapeutic space that’s collaborative, curious, and grounded in presence, where all parts of you are welcome and nothing needs to be performed or hidden.

Drawing on a psychotherapeutic approach, along with my training as a Holistic Counsellor and Meditation Therapist, I focus on areas such as chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and personal and spiritual growth. I have a particular interest in men’s wellbeing and creating safe, supportive spaces for men to explore emotional health—while also deeply valuing the unique journeys of women, teens, and humans of all identities. My approach is about helping you access your inner resources, develop a strong internal compass, and address things from the root—so you can move forward with greater clarity, empowerment, and authenticity.I take a mind-body approach, integrating somatic awareness and healing alongside talk therapy, helping you rediscover presence, joy, and your personal power.

THREE THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THERAPY WITH MOLLY

1. You’re never just a number.
Molly keeps her practice intentionally small so every client receives genuine attention, depth and care. With a personalised, trauma-informed and somatic approach, your healing is prioritised—not rushed. You’re met as a whole human, not a diagnosis.

2. You receive Molly’s full presence and support.
Sessions are spacious, calm, and unrushed. Molly’s schedule is designed to give you the time you genuinely need, with mindful boundaries and attuned presence. Between-session support is also available, so you never feel alone, lost, or disconnected from your therapeutic process.

3. Therapy is a collaborative partnership.
Healing is not something done to you—it’s something you co-create. Molly works from a person-centred, psychotherapeutic and somatic perspective, honouring that you are the expert in your own life. Together, you explore what’s beneath the surface, reconnect with your inner resources, and move toward clarity, empowerment and meaningful change.

THE HEART OF MIND HABITAT

Somewhere along the way, we lost touch with what it means to be human. We live in a world that rushes to diagnose, label, and medicate—yet so many people still don’t feel how they truly want to feel.

We’re told to “stay present,” yet expected to multitask. We’re encouraged to “feel good,” yet never taught how to process pain. We emphasise the importance of connection, yet so few of us are ever shown how to truly connect with ourselves. And when it comes to stress and trauma? We’re often left to figure it out on our own..

It’s no wonder so many of us feel stuck. But here’s the thing: you are not broken, and you don’t need fixing. Deep down, you already know what’s best for you—it’s just that, somewhere along the way, that inner knowing got buried—under expectations, pressure, and all the noise telling you who you should be.

Mind Habitat exists to help you tune back into you. My role isn’t to “fix” you but to walk alongside you, offering a space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported as you rediscover your own wisdom

Unlike many traditional mental health settings, where you can feel like just another number, my practice is built on time, care, and genuine connection. I intentionally work with a limited number of clients to ensure that each person receives the attention and commitment they deserve.

Therapy and healing isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about deep, lasting transformation. There are no limits to what you can achieve. That’s why my approach isn’t a one-size-fits-all; it evolves with you, supporting your unique needs and goals so you can experience greater freedom, fulfillment, and success.
